Reiki Level I Training
Reiki Level I is very simply hands on Reiki. Reiki I and II are often taught together on the same weekend. Some people take Reiki I and wait a bit before progressing to Level II, and some people are content just learning Level I. It is entirely up to the student how much Reiki training they would like to take and how far they might like to progress. All training sessions are just that -- Training! Expect a combination of lecture and discussion, questions and answers and plenty of time for hands on practice.
What is included in your Level I training?
* Introduction to Reiki - a talk about the origins and history of Reiki, what Reiki is, what is can be used for, and discussion about the attunement process. Lots of time for questions and answers.
* Reiki Level I Attunement
* Hand positions for self treatment and treating others
* Japanese Reiki Techniques of Byosen Scanning, Kenyoku, and Gassho Meditation.
* 176 page Reiki Level I and II Manual "Reiki the Healing Touch" by William Rand and Handouts.
* Certificate suitable for framing
* Instructor support after your training, if needed.
* Access to Mohawk Valley Reiki's email group to help keep connected with classmates, other local Reiki folks, learn about local Reiki events and submit healing requests.
